Paper banquet rolls ( for buffet table only) paper plates, napkins and disposable cutlery are provide for the cheaper menus and crockery and cutlery is provided for remaining menus.
I charge separately for waitress hire so my clients can see the exact breakdown of costs. Waitresses are required to help set up the buffet table, serve the food, clear the tables and wash the crockery and cutlery. If waitresses are not required then all crockery, cutlery and serving equipment will need to be washed and dried before collection.
Linen tablecloths are provided for the main buffet table only, further tablecloth’s can be provided for other tables at an additional cost depending on size and quantity.
Also please note the initial layout of table and chairs will be the responsibility of the event organiser.
Brook Bottom Catering are not responsible for the service of drinks or glass collection, however waitresses can be provided to supervise this.
In certain circumstances dependant on the size of an event, additional kitchen equipment will have to be hired in to carry out your function. These extra charges will be passed onto the customer.
An additional charge may also be required if the venue is in excess of 15 miles from Two Dales or if the buffet is for smaller numbers.
Please note that our food may contain traces of nuts and I also ask you to let me have any specific dietary requirements of your guests in advance.
A deposit is required at the time of booking and payment is required in full 2 weeks prior to your event once final numbers have been agreed.
