Menu 1

Platters of mixed sandwiches to include: tuna mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, ham, egg and cress.

Sausage rolls, pork pie, pickled onions, selection of crisps

Menu 2

Platters of mixed sandwiches with garnish.

A selection of homemade cakes & homemade scones with jam and cream.

Menu 3

A selection of mixed sandwiches with garnish.

Sausage rolls & Pork Pie.

Homemade Coleslaw, Greek Salad, Tomato,cucumber and red onion salad

Menu 4

Hot Roast Beef & Pork cobs with gravy

Served with mustards, horseradish, onions in vinegar, stuffing and applesauce.

 (parties of 40 or more) 

Menu 5

Platters of English and Continental Cheese Boards decorated with grapes, celery and fruit.

A selection of pates including vegetarian

A selection of pickles and chutneys

Olives, sun dried tomatoes 

A selection of dips with crudités 

Baskets of mixed breads and crackers


 Add an extra £1.50 per head for a selection of Continental Meats.

Menu 6 Afternoon Tea Menu

This menu is served from a buffet table but can also be served to individual tables on stands with pretty china for an additional charge because of additional waitresses, crockery etc. 


A selection of Afternoon Tea sandwiches to include:

Fresh Poached Salmon with lemon and dill mayonnaise, Wafer thin honey glazed ham, cream cheese and cucumber, mature cheddar and pickle, Egg mayonnaise with watercress.

Prawn vol-au-vents, Individual mini quiches.

 Homemade scones with jam and cream.

A selection of open rolls to include:

Baked Ham, Prawn Marie Rose, Cheddar cheese and spring onion, Egg mayonnaise with rocket,

Roast Beef with watercress mayonnaise.

Coronation Chicken spicy with lots of fruit

Homemade Coleslaw 

Moroccan cous cous salad with apricots and pomegranate
